We have found that the most cost effective way to get responses is to use a builder's shopper and or buyer list. The key is to get the perspective respondent to open the email or the letter. When they know the company it is from, their attention is at their highest. By your doing the inviting, it is cost effective and gets attention, as well as not compromising the trust your shoppers/buyers have put in your company by giving you their addresses. Use us to help you design your own survey or choose from our battery of proven questions or simply use our already designed survey for Community Preferences. We will place your specific survey on a web site. We suggest you use your mail lists to invite respondents; we will collect the data and give you the results. We can also supplement your lists with qualified names in a mail out invite to the site. Results can be as simple as a set of tables. This is included in the minimum pricing. Or we can give you a more extensive report with a bullet-point analysis of the results in a PowerPoint presentation.
